We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Pet Food Safety: We only sell pet food and treats that meet safety standards. Please consult your veterinarian based on your pet's health and breed before purchasing.
4. Orders & Payment Terms
4.1 Order Formation
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email. In special circumstances (e.g., significant pricing errors, stock unavailability), we reserve the right to cancel or reject orders, and we will issue a full refund.
4.2 Pricing & Currency
All product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4.3 Payment
We support major secure payment methods (credit cards, third-party payment platforms). You are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information. Failed payments will result in order cancellation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We will ship products to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are for reference only; actual delivery may vary due to carrier or force majeure. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice damaged packaging or product issues, take photos and contact our customer support immediately.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We provide clear after-sales protection for you and your pet:
- Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and process a refund or replacement promptly.
- 30-Day Unconditional Return: Applicable to unopened, unused, and resalable non-consumable pet products. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Special Items: Pet food, customized items, and intimate apparel cannot be returned if opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. User Accounts & Obligations
If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Whisk is not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or delivery delays caused by force majeure, cyberattacks, government actions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant products purchased from this website.
Any pet health or care information provided on this site is for general reference only and does not replace professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding your pet's specific condition.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is critically important to us. Personal information we collect (name, address, contact details, etc.) is used solely for order processing, delivery, and service improvement. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://tinywhisk.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from TinyWhisk. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and your account

- Products may sell out or be discontinued. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a store credit or a full refund.

- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept payment and send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unshippable addresses or stock limits — and we will refund any amount already charged.
- You authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. After dispatch, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
4. Shipping and risk of loss
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will make it right in line with that policy.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Promotions, discount codes and subscriptions
- Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and have no cash value.
- We may withdraw or modify a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already placed.
- If you subscribe to our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
7. Reviews and user content
When you post a review, photo or comment, you grant TinyWhisk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit and display that content on the Site and in our marketing, with or without attribution. You confirm that the content is your own, is honest, and does not violate the rights of others or contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or malicious material. We may remove content that breaches these rules.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
