Free Shipping Over $49

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the continental US.

Same-Day Processing

Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days ship the same day.

Track Your Order

Receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. We're working on expanding our reach — stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.

Packaging Matters: We use eco-friendly, sturdy packaging to ensure your pet's goodies arrive safe and sound. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos — we'll make it right.

Your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Unused & Unwashed: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all pets, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Pet food, treats, and consumables
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate apparel (pet harnesses, clothing that have been worn)
  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us
Email support@tinywhisk.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Get Approval
We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label (for eligible returns).

Ship It Back
Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately.
  • Change of Mind / No Longer Needed: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges: Want a different size or color? Let us know in your return request. Once we receive the returned item, we'll ship out the exchange item free of charge (subject to availability).

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged package and products.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tinywhisk.shop with your order number and photos.
  3. If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and around your property. For verified lost packages, we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

A: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the continental US. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not yet — we currently ship only within the United States. We're working on expanding!

Q: Can I return food or treats?
A: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food or treats. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view order status in your account.

Q: What if my order is lost or stolen?
A: If marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If still unresolved, reach out to us and we'll help investigate.
