Pet Food Safety: We only sell pet food and treats that meet safety standards. Please consult your veterinarian based on your pet's health and breed before purchasing.

In special circumstances (e.g., significant pricing errors, stock unavailability), we reserve the right to cancel or reject orders, and we will issue a full refund.

All product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4.3 Payment

We support major secure payment methods (credit cards, third-party payment platforms). You are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information. Failed payments will result in order cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship products to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are for reference only; actual delivery may vary due to carrier or force majeure. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice damaged packaging or product issues, take photos and contact our customer support immediately.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We provide clear after-sales protection for you and your pet:

• Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and process a refund or replacement promptly.
• 30-Day Unconditional Return: Applicable to unopened, unused, and resalable non-consumable pet products. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Special Items: Pet food, customized items, and intimate apparel cannot be returned if opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
